Data controller
The data controller is Creatusito, reachable at hola@creatusito.com. This notice describes how we collect and use your personal data when you visit creatusito.com, buy a service or contact us.
What data we collect
- Contact data: name, email, phone and message sent through the contact form.
- Purchase data: billing and order details needed to deliver the services bought in the shop. Payments are handled by payment providers: we do not store your card details.
- Domain registration data: the details the registrar requires to register a domain name in your name.
- Cookie consent data: anonymous identifier, date, accepted categories and policy version, as described in the Cookie Policy.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer your requests and send you quotes (pre-contractual measures).
- To deliver the services you buy, issue invoices and meet tax obligations (contract and legal obligation).
- To register and manage domains on your behalf (contract).
- Statistics, preferences and marketing (your consent).
Who we share data with
Only with the providers needed to deliver the service: hosting and domain registration (Hostinger), payment providers, email services. They act as data processors under our instructions. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Contact data: 24 months after the last contact. Purchase and billing data: 10 years, as required by law. Cookie consent: 180 days.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to hola@creatusito.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Security and transfers
