Why we tell you
Creatusito builds websites and online stores that can be connected to Artificial Intelligence systems through the MCP protocol, and uses AI tools in its own work too. You have the right to know when what you read was not entirely written by a person and when your data passes through a model. This page explains it, in line with the EU AI Act and the GDPR.
Where we use artificial intelligence
- Text on this site: part of the content and the English and Spanish translations are written or reviewed with AI assistance. A person checks them before publication.
- Development and support: our team may use AI to assist with design and coding. Every output is reviewed.
- “AI-Ready” customer sites: anyone who buys a site or store with an MCP connection can link their own AI assistant to update text, products and orders via chat. The AI account belongs to the customer, who remains the controller of the data sent to it.
What we don’t do
- No automated assistant replies to visitors of this site: there is always a person behind our contact channels.
- We make no automated decisions with legal or significant effects on people.
- We do not profile visitors with AI or hand over data to train models.
There is always a person behind it
AI assists, it does not decide. MCP connections are protected by authentication, log the operations performed and can be disabled at any time. A model can be wrong with total confidence: if something you read here doesn’t add up, a price or a condition, what we confirm in writing is what counts.
